  July 2015 - Boots Opticians have been and are now chasing me to book but after my last appointment I will not return. Originally I was D&A in Oxford but they got bought out by Boots. Getting to Boots Oxford with limited appointments proved difficult so I decided to use their Didcot branch. I have thyroid issues but they didn't seem to want to know, I am aware of how it can affect your eyes. Because I didn't need a new prescription I was treated in an off hand manner. A few weeks later I kept receiving letters addressed to a complete stranger at our address. I phoned the DHSS after I sending 7 months of letters back. It turns out my partially completed form had been used for the next customer coming through.
