  I’ve used them faithfully for a few years but come to the realisation they overcharge and don’t deliver any extra quality for the extra cost. They’ve also let me down, encouraging me to take my unfixed cars away ASAP (their car park is too small). I’m never using them again. They seem to pick and choose what they want to fix. If they don’t want to they will give you a high price, encourage you to get a failed MOT off their premises, refuse you a courtesy car. The most recent example was my MOT failure that required some welding was an extortionate quoted price. I’ve since been to another garage that will do the work for half the price. So I don’t have to sell my failed MOT car for scrap. As well as the MOT cost. I had to pay half an hour’s labour for them to tell me they didn’t think the fixes were “cost effective” ... The other garage took 5 minutes (for free) to say it could be done.
