Truly objectionable & unhelpful owner. I was a loyal customer having bought many products from him. I will be no longer! The level of customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. Twice I have had cause to contact him with genuine concerns & twice I have been met with sarcasm/scorn. Zero help over the recent safety concerns of the Powercap respirators that he continues to sell (research them before you buy!). Axminster refunded their customers when they bought the same product. The lesson is: don't support this business as they don't care about your safety, only their profits. The level of service is echoed by how archaic the website is. How he expects to retain customers with the belittling manner that he has astounds me.
